Blessing gained attention in the late 2010s through regional performances and online releases combining reflective lyrics with minimalist instrumentation. His debut EP Her Heart – EP (2020) introduced his signature storytelling style through six tracks grounded in traditional folk sensibilities. By 2025, he followed with the full-length album Sweeter Skies, expanding his sonic palette with richer arrangements and exploring themes of renewal and belonging.

Alongside his solo recordings, Blessing collaborates with local Portland musicians and producers, contributing to community arts projects and small-venue showcases. His work’s DIY ethos reflects the broader independent music culture of the Pacific Northwest, emphasizing authenticity over polish and storytelling over spectacle.
