Johnny Wheels brings an unforgettable blend of swamp blues, soul, rock, and Americana to Singacoustic. A gifted singer, songwriter, and harmonica player, Johnny has earned a reputation throughout the Pacific Northwest for powerful live performances that are never played the same way twice.

After a childhood accident left him paralyzed from the chest down, Johnny found a new path through music, developing a distinctive style that combines expressive vocals, masterful harmonica, and deeply personal songwriting. His resilience and musicianship have made him one of the Northwest’s most compelling blues artists.

His band, Johnny Wheels & The Swamp Donkeys, reached the finals of the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, won the Cascade Blues Association’s Journey to Memphis competition, and their album Keep On Pushin’ received national blues radio attention.
